The out of state owner of a Fargo investment property desired to sell after a significant life event. Jay Nelson, of Konrad Olson Commercial Real Estate, in partnership with a commercial brokerage in Minneapolis, listed the property for sale. Initial activity included generating marketing materials, identifying potential buyer prospects and scheduling tours of the occupied property to minimize disruption of the existing tenant’s business. Multiple written offers were submitted; Nelson negotiated the offers and successfully closed the sale within 82 days of listing.
